What should I wear to my session(s)?
By clicking this link, you will find style examples and suggestions. You will also find engagement, bridal and wedding day photos that might help you and I during your session. I want nothing more than to give you the photos you dream of, and appreciate information before each session, of what poses you like. I will talk with you at the end of your session for any desired poses or photos you’d like. Please consider the amount of time you have booked me for as you look for posing inspiration.
Can I bring family or friends to my session(s)?
Of course!! This is a time of celebration! It’s exciting and there are certain people in our lives that we want to share these moments with. Please remember that I will need to direct the session(s) and poses will be created between you and me. Family and friend input is helpful, and I most certainly take suggestions.
When will I get my photos back?
I would love to send you an email with my bridal guide containing turnaround times and what to expect post-session.
Can I have the un-edited version of this photo?
As much as I love editing, I do not give out my un-edited photos. It does go along with my brand, and any alterations made to photos I have taken, is illegal. If there is something you don’t like about a certain photo, please email me and we can discuss the changes and the steps to follow.
Can I get a picture with every single bridesmaid, roommate, grandparents, parents, family, etc.?
YES! I love love love individual photos as it gives a different meaning to you and the person with you in the photo. It shows and makes you feel that wonderful relationship you have with them and what they mean to you. As the photographer, I do ask that you remind and help control family members and friends who bring their own cameras and phones, to wait until I am finished with a pose, to take their own photo. You are spending money and time in me, and to perform at my best, I need them to wait for their own photos. We all want to see the wedding photos (even I do!!) and your family and friends will be sure to get their copies after the gallery has been delivered to you.
Can I post my wedding photos to my social media account(s)?
Absolutely! I’m going to share them on mine too! We love social media, in fact, it’s usually the #1 source of clients booking photographers. You may share to your heart’s content, as long as there are no alterations such as: Instagram filters, cropping, photoshopping and any other edits you can personally make to these images. ALTERATION IS NO ALLOWED WHATSOEVER, per the contract we have signed together. You can credit me with the following handles: FB – Ashley Ziegler Photography, IG – @ashleyzieglerphotos, WEB – www.ashcreates.com. Feel free to use the following hashtags when sharing images: #ashleyzieglerphotography #ashleyzieglerwedding #ashleyzieglerbride.
Do you have a location in mind?
I do! I have a lot of locations in mind, but I would love to shoot somewhere near and dear to your heart, or somewhere new! If you absolutely cannot find a location, I’d be more than happy to help you!
